Problem :
Cowboys Dance Hall needed a digital campaign to promote Bacardi Carnival, a five-day event running from Wednesday to Sunday. With different themes and activities planned each day, the challenge was to capture attention, build anticipation, and keep audiences engaged throughout the entire week. The campaign had to be energetic, on-brand, and adaptable across multiple platforms.



Solution :
Vibrant Color Palette: Neon tones (pink, yellow, electric blue) against a dark tropical background evoked nightlife energy and carnival vibrancy.
Typography: A bold, hand-painted style for “CARNIVAL” reflected spontaneity, fun, and cultural festivity.
Brand Integration:
Cowboys brand was presented in a glowing neon-star treatment to capture the nightclub’s bold personality.
Bacardi logo was given prominence, reinforcing partnership and sponsorship recognition.
Visual Elements: Carnival feathers, tropical leaves, and bursts of confetti added motion and rhythm to the design.
Adaptability: Assets were optimized for print (banners, posters) and digital formats (Instagram stories, event pages, screens at the venue).

Create a visual theme that stood out in Calgary’s nightlife and festival scene.
Merge brand identity (Bacardi + Cowboys Dance Hall) into one cohesive look.
Appeal to a diverse audience by conveying fun, inclusivity, and excitement.
